Skyline Park Homes are temporary quarters built on a frame which are generally used in resort or vacation locations. They enjoy the same benefits of efficiency and quality as today's manufactured homes and they are 400 square feet or less and meets or exceeds Recreational Standards, ANSI A119.5.
Florida Park Homes
Florida Park Homes have 400 or more sq. ft. of total living area and are built to the same strict federal standards (ie. HUD codes) as today's modern manufactured homes.
Canadian Park Homes
Skyline Canadian Park Homes are temporary quarters built on a frame which are generally used in resort or vacation locations. They enjoy the same benefits of efficiency and quality as today's manufactured homes and they are 538 square feet or less and meets or exceeds Canadian Park Model Standards, CSA Z241.

Skyline Park Trailers have all the residential amenities you are used too wherever you want them to be. Park Trailers have all the conveniences of regular Travel Trailers with the look and feel of a permanent site trailer.
